"Diese Rösterei in Einbeck ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp für alle Kaffeeliebhaber! Der Kaffee ist einfach atemberaubend – voller Aroma, mit Liebe geröstet und perfekt zubereitet. Besonders begeistert hat mich, dass man hier auch original griechischen Kaffee bekommt – authentisch und köstlich! Die Bedienung ist herzlich, aufmerksam und sorgt dafür, dass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Und das Beste: Die Besitzerin lebt und liebt, was sie tut – das spürt man in jeder Tasse und in der ganzen Atmosphäre des Ladens. Mit so viel Herzblut geführt, ist dieser Ort mehr als nur ein Café – es ist ein echtes Erlebnis. Ein Muss für jeden, der Kaffee wirklich genießen möchte!"

"Wir (Paar) genossen am 31.10.'25 spontan jeweils einen Latte Macchiato und eine belgische Waffel. Das Ambiente ist gut, ebenso wie der Latte Macchiato und die frisch zubereiteten Waffeln. Für 5 * für das Ambiente und Essen hat uns das gewisse Etwas gefehlt. Der Service war sehr freundlich und sehr schnell. LG und bis zum nächsten Mal :)"

"Die Einbecker Kaffeerösterei ist ein nettes kleine Café. Der Kaffee war in Ordung, es fehlte ein wenig Cremá. Die Waffel mit einer Kugel Eis und Sahne für 5,50 Euro finde ich schon recht teuer. Bei lauter Musik ist es nicht so leicht, sich zu unterhalten. Es gibt recht wenig Plätze. Der Service ist sehr nett. Eigentlich 3,5 von 5 Sternen."

"The cafe was super cute and the prices were very reasonable. The food items and beverages are yummy and they also have vegan options for the beverages. The staff are super friendly and the ambiance is very pleasant, calm and relaxing! Would definitely visit again! :)"
